Conditions of sale

 

In these general terms and conditions I have set out what your and my rights and obligations are. If you participate in one of my programs or trajectories or have purchased one of my products and there is a problem about which you cannot find anything in these terms and conditions, please contact me at info@sandradegelder.com and we will look into it together a solution.

 

If you see one of the following words in this text, it formally means this:

 

Me: Sandra de Gelder registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 66849950 and user of these general terms and conditions.

You: the natural or legal person who follows a program or enters into another agreement with me.

Program or Trajectory: All forms of information transfer from me to you, both online and offline, in groups or individually. These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotations and agreements and other legal relationships between you and me.

 

These are the conditions under which we enter into the partnership:

 

Offer

I provide offers on the website, via webinars and in other ways. Offers are valid for the time specified in the offer, no more after that.

 

Agreement

The agreement is concluded when you agree to an offer or quotation and you have paid the agreed fee. I assume a best efforts obligation for this agreement, but I do not give any guarantee about achieving the intended result. If necessary, I may have the agreement (partly) performed by a third party. That has never happened before, so it is here purely for emergencies. If it is necessary to change the agreement, I will notify you in good time and before the change takes effect.

 

Trajectories or Programs

You can book an (online) course or program with me for a fee. Access to the program is personal. This means that you are not allowed to share your login details and the materials from the program with others. Live sessions are also only accessible to you. You can only participate in a program after payment. You must have an internet connection to follow the program. I am not liable for damage or missed program parts when you do not have the correct equipment or internet connection. The program can be followed at times that you choose. If you have agreed on 1 on 1 guidance, you and I will agree on the dates for the guidance.

 

Fee and payment

Payment must be made before the program starts. I will email you an invoice.

 

Right of withdrawal / Cancellation period

As a customer you have the right to dissolve the agreement without giving any reason within 14 days after registration. In the case of a service or a delivery of digital content that is not delivered on a material medium, within 14 days after the conclusion of the agreement. Within this period you will receive your investment back in full. After the period of 14 days it is not possible to cancel your participation and receive your investment back. You explicitly agree that article 7:408 paragraph 1 of the Dutch Civil Code does not apply and that premature termination is not possible.

 

Cancellation procedure

If you wish to make use of the right of withdrawal, you must inform Sandra de Gelder via info@sandradegelder.com within the cooling-off period. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail of receipt. After this, your access to the course materials and the online community will be canceled and all scheduled emails surrounding the training will no longer be sent. After cancellation you will receive a credit invoice for your own administration and within fourteen days you will receive your investment back to the desired bank account number.

Reschedule

It is of course always possible that the appointment for a session is just not convenient and want to reschedule it to another date and/or time. You can do this by contacting me via info@sandradegelder.com. This is free up to 48 hours before the appointment. If you later want to reschedule or cancel it, you will be charged.

 

Liability

I am not liable for direct or indirect damage, in any way related to or caused by the performance of work by me and the offered program or trajectory. You have the choice whether or not to apply the knowledge gained during the program. I am not liable for the consequences of that choice or how you apply the knowledge, and possible consequences or damage for you. I am only liable in the event of a statutory or contractual attributable shortcoming.

 

 

Disclaimer Therapy

 

Participation

I (The Client) give Sandra de Gelder (The Hypnotherapist) full permission to hypnotize me and to apply Rapid Transformational Therapy, knowing that by participating fully in the process and by listening to my personal recording for a period of 21 days, I myself have an important role in achieving success.

 

Guarantee

I understand that despite RTT’s high success rate, Sandra de Gelder cannot and will not guarantee results as my personal success is dependent on many factors beyond Sandra de Gelder’s control, including my desire and willingness to effect change in myself.

 

Liability

I agree that Sandra de Gelder is never liable for my psychological or physical well-being during the agreed service (now or in the future), or any claims arising therefrom.

 

Scope of the service provided

I understand that Sandra de Gelder is not a licensed physician, psychologist or physician of any kind and that hypnosis is not a substitute for the advice or work of a psychiatrist, psychologist, psychotherapist or physician.

 

Audio recording(s)

I give Sandra de Gelder full permission to make audio recordings that may contain my voice. I understand that if a recording is made during or after my session(s), Sandra de Gelder retains full copyright in all forms of media that may be produced and distributed to me as a result of the recording(s).

 

Deepening process

I hereby give Sandra de Gelder permission to gently lift my arm, touch my shoulder or rock my head during a live Rapid Transformational Therapy session(s) to facilitate the deepening process.

 

Confidentiality

By agreeing to these terms, I agree that Sandra de Gelder may disclose information to a specific person or agency if it is determined that a child or an elder is at risk of, or is currently being abused. Or if I, as a client, am a danger to myself or others; or if a subpoena of my file has been requested.

 

I also understand that Sandra de Gelder may at any time discuss aspects of my case with colleagues who will keep my name and identity completely confidential, unless I have given my consent otherwise.
